3.4 Single Account Policy. Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account. Operating multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.
4.1 To access gambling services on HQ77, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete and current information. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly if it changes.
4.2 KYC Verification. HQ77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address and proof of payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of your Account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending clarification.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify HQ77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. HQ77 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain credential security.
4.4 Accurate Information. The provision of false, misleading or fraudulent registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms. HQ77 reserves the right to close any Account and void any associated winnings where fraudulent registration is detected.
5.1 The Platform is provided for personal, recreational entertainment purposes only. Any commercial use, scraping, data harvesting, automated access or use of the Platform for the benefit of a third party without express written consent from HQ77 is strictly prohibited.
5.2 You agree to use the Platform in good faith, in compliance with all applicable laws, and in accordance with these Terms at all times.
5.3 HQ77 may modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time, with or without notice, including the availability of specific games, betting markets, features or content. HQ77 shall not be liable to you for any such modification, suspension or discontinuation.
In the event of a technical malfunction, error in odds display, software fault or system failure that results in an incorrect outcome, credit or display, HQ77 reserves the right to void affected transactions and restore Account balances to the state immediately prior to the erroneous event. Winnings derived from a manifest technical error are not considered valid and may be reclaimed by HQ77.
6.1 Currency. All Account balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts and bonus values are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum transaction limits are published in the Platform cashier section and are subject to change at HQ77's discretion.
6.2 Payment Methods. Available deposit and withdrawal methods are listed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and users bear full responsibility for providing correct wallet addresses.
7.1 All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional offers issued by HQ77 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds typically carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Failure to meet requirements within the stated timeframe will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. HQ77 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where abuse is detected.
7.4 Modification & Withdrawal of Offers. HQ77 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotion eligibility requirements may include but are not limited to: minimum deposit amounts in PKR, specified payment methods, game restrictions and geographic limitations.
8.1 All sports bets, casino game rounds and other wagers placed on the HQ77 platform are subject to the specific rules governing each product, event or game type. Product-specific rules are accessible within the relevant section of the Platform.
8.2 Cricket & Sports Betting. Bet settlement for cricket markets — including PSL, Pakistan national team fixtures, ICC T20 World Cup, ICC Cricket World Cup and bilateral series — is governed by published event rules. In the event of abandonment, postponement, or over-reduction, settlement rules as published at the time of bet acceptance will apply.
8.3 Odds & Prices. Odds displayed are subject to change up to the time of bet acceptance. HQ77 does not guarantee that any displayed odds will remain available for any given period. In-play odds are subject to suspension during significant match events.
8.4 Voided Bets. HQ77 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted in error, including bets placed at manifest error odds (palpable error), bets placed after an event's de facto result was determined, or bets that result from system malfunctions.
8.5 Maximum Payouts. Maximum payout limits per event, per market and per period may apply. These limits are published within the Platform and may be enforced at the operator's discretion regardless of the stated odds at the time of bet placement.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the HQ77 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:
10.1 HQ77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling must remain a form of entertainment and must never be used as a financial strategy, a means to recover losses, or a coping mechanism for personal difficulties.
10.2 Available Controls. 12.2 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. HQ77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors, or suitability for any particular purpose.
12.3 HQ77's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.1 User-Initiated Closure. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Where your Account has no outstanding withdrawal requests or pending bonus wagering requirements, closure will be processed promptly and any remaining balance returned to you via your designated payment method.
13.2 HQ77-Initiated Suspension or Closure. HQ77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account, with or without notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive or criminal conduct; failure to satisfy KYC requirements; or at the operator's discretion where continued operation of the Account presents a legal, reputational or financial risk.
13.3 Upon closure of an Account for cause, HQ77 may retain any bonus funds and associated winnings. Any remaining genuine deposit funds (after deducting amounts subject to forfeiture) will be returned subject to completed verification.
14.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which HQ77's operating entity is incorporated and licensed, as applicable at the time of the dispute.

15.2 Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
